Digital Products are delivered via a download link or account access sent to your provided email address, typically within minutes of purchase confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information.

If you believe you received a defective or misdescribed product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where warranted, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Physical Books

4.1 Order Processing

Orders for Physical Books are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

4.2 Shipping

Shipping is available to addresses within our supported regions. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
