Do you ship internationally?
No. Due to arcane international tax set-ups, we unfortunately do not. We only serve the USA at this time.
What does shipping cost?
Due to our extremely low pricing, we do not ship for free. However, we keep our shipping costs low by using digital downloads (Music, Exercise Access, eBook).
Our one hard good is the paperback book, Sound & Breath for Autonomic Balance. This is shipped by USPS Media Mail (2-8 business days) and the cost within the US is $6.00.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been placed, you will receive a USPS tracking number (active within a few days of your order placement).
What is your return policy?
All sales of downloads are final and non-refundable. The paperback book is refundable if we receive it back in new condition within 30 days. However, for return permission or assistance with exchanges for defective or damaged physical products, please contact us before taking any action.
Order Processing
Orders for hard goods are processed within 24-72 hours. Shipping only Monday-Thursday, excluding USPS holidays.

Online ordering is available with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted). Please review all charges and totals before submitting your order.

There are two ways to place an order: website or phone.
Changing/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been completed, send us an email at SBTKcustomerservice@gmail.com or call and leave instructions at (541) 482-2134.
Backorders
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. We will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within ONE week. If it is longer than a week, look for an email with an update on estimated delivery.
No Refund for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content (which is immediately accessible upon delivery), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or not as described. If you believe you received a defective or misdescribed product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will investigate and, where warranted, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
